– Breathe in slowly through your nose, feeling your belly expand. Your chest should move little

– Exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your belly contract. Again, your chest should move little

– Synchronize your breathing with your partner’s, matching each other’s pace and depth

– Continue for several minutes, focusing on the connection and sensations

**Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath)**

– Sit upright with your spine straight

– Take a normal breath in through your nose

– Forcefully exhale through your nose, engaging your abdominal muscles

– Allow a passive inhale to follow

– Repeat this pattern, exhaling forcefully and inhaling passively
